The Center for Latin American Studies hosts an outstanding faculty with particular expertise regionally in Mexico, Brazil and Central America. Thematic strengths include Environmental Studies, Border Studies, Power & Inequality, and History & Culture. The Center offers an undergraduate major and minor; a Masters Degree, with dual degree programs in Journalism, Law, Public Health and Public Administration; as well as a PhD minor option.
