The mandatory CLAS UA Clicks Meeting is on Friday August 17th.

Please log into eSMS and click the Appointment tab to view your assigned UA Clicks session.

The same information is discussed at each CLAS UA Clicks session.  Please attend the session that you were assigned to in eSMS. 

FAQs

Do I need to attend this presentation?

You are required to attend UAClicks. It is a chance for you to familiarize yourself with the everyday policies, technology, and campus resources you will encounter during your first year at UA. 

What if I am busy with Greek life during my assigned presentation time?

There are no recruitment events on August 17th so students participating in recruitment will be able to attend their UA Clicks presentation. 

What if I don't have a portable electronic device to use during the presentation?

If you don't have a portable electronic device, you can check one out from the library. Bring your Catcard to a library services desk in the Main Library and you can check out a tablet or laptop. It is first-come-first-serve, so if you are unable to get a tablet or laptop for the presentation you'll be able to share with a neighbor. 

How is attendance taken?

To make sure everyone is accounted for, we will have a short quiz at the end of the presentation that will serve as the attendance record.

Where is my presentation located?

All CLAS UA Clicks sessions are located in the Integrated Learning Center or Modern Languages, however your specific room can be found if you log in to ESMS (via the link provided above) and click the “Appointments” tab.

The Integrated Learning Center is a cluster of rooms underground, accessible via staircases found in front of the Main Library or next to the Modern Languages Building. If your assigned location is in the Integrated Learning Cetner, you will check-in at the Integrated Learning Center courtyard before entering the building to find your assigned room. 

Can I attend the session with my friends?

You should only attend your assigned presentation. We have split you up into groups based on the first letter of your last name and assigned you a presentation led by your academic advisor. Attending your assigned presentation ensures that you get to meet your academic advisor.

Where should I park?

     The closest parking garage to the UA Clicks sessions is Cherry Garage. Click here to find a map of available parking on the University of Arizona campus. If you have questions about parking permits, please visit UA Parking and Transportation.

I don't have an appointment, what should I do?

You must first go through orientation in order to get an appointment. If you don't have an appointment and you are a student in the Colleges of Letters, Arts, and Science who has completed orientation, please contact CLAS by either calling (520) 621-7763 or emailing Jackie French at jlfrench@email.arizona.edu

Why was my appointment canceled?

It may have been canceled because you changed your major which can change your college. If you did change your major, please follow-up with your major advisor about your UA Clicks session. If you did not change your major and your appointment was canceled, please contact CLAS by either calling (520) 621-7763 or by emailing Jackie French at jlfrench@email.arizona.edu
