6:30 p.m. at Arizona State Museum:

See objects made from agave fibers and learn about the importance of agave from pre-contact to the present, with Drs. Paul and Suzanne Fish.
Hear about mezcal production from Francisco Terrazas.
Grab some Tucson Agave Festival swag and learn what's planned for the April event.
Enjoy street tacos from Agave House.
Taste Parch's non-alcoholic agave beverage, Spiced Piñarita.
