CLAS Student Spotlight: Diana Ramos

CLAS graduate student, Diana Ramos, was selected to be part of the Magic Boost 22-23 Class, a program for aspiring track & field storytellers representing all platforms of news media. Diana had the opportunity to travel to Eugene, Oregon for the Nike Prefontaine Classic 2023 as a journalist to cover Latina athletes who participated in the event. Among the athletes she interviewed were Yulimar Rojas, Olympic Champion from Venezuela, Marileidy Paulino, World Champion, and Jasmine Camacho-Quinn, Olympic Champion from Puerto Rico.
