CLAS Director, Dr. Marcela Vásquez-León was recently selected as the recipient of the University Distinguished Outreach Faculty Award. This award recognizes distinguished scholarship-based outreach to the state, the nation, and the world and is the highest honor awarded in this category at the University of Arizona.
