Juan Comesaña (B.A., University of Buenos Aires, 1996; Ph.D., Brown University, 2003), works mainly in epistemology and decision theory. In his forthcoming book (Being Rational and Being Right, Oxford University Press), he develops a view about empirical evidence which represents an alternative to both Factualism (according to which our evidence consists in what we know) and Psychologism (according to which our evidence consists in our experiences). Instead, he argues that our evidence consists in the undefeated content of our experiences.
